An exciting opportunity to lead training teams in large-scale field projects, with full responsibility for end-user experience and successful system adoption across hundreds of users.

What are we looking for?

3+ years of experience managing training and onboarding in a large organization
Background in field training — strong advantage for candidates with military training experience (e.g., Armored Corps, Artillery, Simulators, etc.)
Proven experience in developing learning and onboarding programs
Strong leadership and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and interfaces independently
