Responsibilities:
✅ Provide first-line technical support to clients via tickets, email & remote sessions.
✅ Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
✅ Assist users with account setup, access permissions, and general system guidance.
✅ Work with a variety of technologies and platforms.
Requirements:
✔️ Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
✔️ High level of customer service, patience, and the ability to work under pressure.
✔️ Experience with Office 365, Azure AD, On-Prem AD, and networking – Advantage.
✔️ Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, MacOS), office applications, and communication systems.
✔️ Previous experience in technical support roles – Advantage.
✔️ Good English skills – Advantage.
✔️ Willingness to work beyond regular hours – Advantage.
