- Provide first level support through handling incoming queries and help requests from end users
- Customer service skills
- Problem-solving skills.
- Communication skills (English & Hebrew).
- Team collaboration.
- Availability shift rostering for 8x5
- Creating detailed notes of the issue and documenting resolution.
- Take ownership of issues and actively facilitate the resolution of reported incidents/user technical issues as they arrive.
- Understanding the basics for Windows and Office 365.
- Troubleshooting technical issues (Tier 1) related to Windows OS, proprietary software, Office 365 and other related IT systems.
- Work from Client office
