What You’ll Do:
Provide technical support to company employees – in-person, by phone, and through ticketing systems
Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and end-user device issues
Install, configure, and maintain workstations and IT equipment
Collaborate with internal IT teams and departments

2-4 years of experience as an Help Desk Specialist.
Strong hardware knowledge of laptops, desktops, etc. – essential.
In-depth knowledge of Windows OS (10 and 11) – essential. Experience with Windows Servers – a plus.
Experience with image creation for desktops and laptops.
Experience working with AD, Exchange, and O365.
Experience with Anti-Virus, EDR, and other security products.
Experience with firewalls (FW) – an advantage.
Experience with system virtualization – an advantage.
Knowledge of Priority ERP – an advantage.
High level of service, patience, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks, and maintain high levels of organization.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team, multitasking and managing tasks efficiently and professionally.
