As our Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you'll architect how we guide prospects through their journey—creating programs that engage, educate, and drive action at every stage. This is a hands-on, high-impact IC role where you own lead nurturing, engagement strategy, and sales alignment end-to-end. You'll work with real data and resources to build sophisticated, scalable programs. As the company scales rapidly, you'll scale with it—this is a role with serious growth potential for a marketer ready to make their mark.

What will you do?

Lead Nurturing Programs: Design and manage campaigns (email, events, webinars, targeted content) to guide leads through the funnel.
Prospect Communications: Ensure timely and relevant messaging for all prospects, aligned with their stage in the journey.
Sales Collaboration: Work closely with Sales teams to ensure leads are followed up effectively and messaging is consistent.
Performance Analytics: Measure the impact of campaigns, analyze engagement, and optimize programs for meaningful interactions.
ABM Support: Contribute to account-based marketing efforts by nurturing high-value target accounts.
Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and Content teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in B2B lifecycle marketing, lead nurturing, or demand generation.
Strong experience with email campaigns, marketing automation, and lead engagement programs.
Familiarity with ABM strategies and working closely with sales teams.
Analytical mindset — able to measure impact, optimize campaigns, and report results.
Startup-ready: proactive, hands-on, and comfortable taking ownership of programs end-to-end.
