We are seeking a talented and motivated Email & Lifecycle Operations Manager join our team!

Requirements:

Deep, hands-on HubSpot expertise as a marketer (admin-level a strong plus): workflows, lists, properties, subscription types, reporting
Operations mindset — you design processes, documentation, and tooling for efficiency rather than working reactively
Proven ability to spot opportunities and turn them into projects that move conversions, deliverability, or database growth
Holistic, cross-channel thinking — comfortable orchestrating email, in-product, SMS, and sales touchpoints as one journey
Strong communication and stakeholder management — proactive, responsive, and clear; flags risks and slipping deadlines early rather than going quiet
Strong business acumen and work ethic — connects email activity to business outcomes and owns delivery end to end
Campaign operations experience — running complex workflows and coordinating design, content, and ops teams
Solid grasp of email deliverability, mailability, and CRM integrations (Salesforce, enrichment, validation)
Working knowledge of email/privacy law — GDPR required; CASL and other regional regulations (CAN-SPAM, etc.) ideally; consent, opt-in, and re-permissioning practices
Lifecycle marketing expertise — onboarding, nurture, re-engagement, win-back
B2B SaaS marketing experience
English language with a minimum of 3 years professional experience in English speaking work setting.

Responsibilities:

You'll own our email and lifecycle marketing program end to end — the workflows, the data behind them, the deliverability, and the cross-team processes that keep it running. This is equal parts operations and hands-on execution: you'll design the process and build the infrastructure, not just send campaigns. You'll think holistically across every channel a lead or customer touches — email, in-product (Pendo), SMS, and sales sequences — to create one cohesive experience rather than disconnected sends. And you'll actively hunt for opportunities to convert more, reach more, and deliver better.

This is a build-and-fix role, not a maintainance role. You'll inherit a program mid-rebuild — deliverability to recover, a database to clean and grow, and campaign processes to design from scratch. It's a strong fit for someone who's energized by taking something unstructured and making it work, communicates constantly while doing it, and owns the outcome end to end.

Opportunity identification — proactively find areas to drive more conversions, improve deliverability, and grow the marketable-contact base; turn them into prioritized, measurable projects
Cross-channel experience — coordinate email, Pendo, SMS, and sales sequences so a lead or customer gets a cohesive, non-overlapping journey, not colliding messages
Campaign intake & delivery process — design and run the end-to-end process for how campaigns move across content, design, and ops teams, so delivery is efficient and repeatable
Complex HubSpot workflows — build and own complex workflows, from trigger logic to segmentation to QA
Deliverability & database health — mailability best practices, bounce/engagement hygiene, sender reputation, re-permissioning
Measurement — partner with BI to track engagement through to downstream/revenue impact, not just opens and clicks
Efficiency through AI & automation — use AI and automation to make the above faster and more repeatable
