Monetization Manager

We are seeking a hands-on Monetization Manager to turn customer lifecycle activity into measurable commercial results. Building on the customer-journey function, this role has a sharper mandate: develop journeys, offers, and campaigns that improve customer retention and revenue, working through the Technical Operations team to implement them.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute customer lifecycle journeys, offers, and campaigns focused on retention and revenue.
• Translate commercial initiatives into clear implementation briefs for the Technical Operations team.
• Analyze customer cohorts and campaign performance to identify opportunities and improve results.
• Execute targeted upsell, reactivation, and retention initiatives.
• Monitor conversion, retention, and incremental revenue outcomes and adjust campaigns accordingly.
• Coordinate campaign execution with Technical Operations and relevant business stakeholders.
• Test and optimize customer journeys, targeting, and offers based on performance data.
• Maintain clear campaign plans, follow-up actions, and performance reporting.
  
  

• Hands-on experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, customer journeys, or monetization.
• Experience building campaigns and working with technical or operations teams to implement journeys.
• Strong analytical skills, including cohort analysis and campaign performance monitoring.
• Commercial orientation with a focus on retention, upsell, reactivation, and revenue.
• Ability to translate business objectives into clear briefs and actionable campaigns.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives.
• B2C experience is required; financial services or fintech experience is an advantage.
