Workiz understands that you have a life outside of the office, so we have a flexible work week that allows you to work 3 days from the office and two days from home, but you won't want to miss happy hour!Who are you?You are a highly analytical and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about data and its ability to drive business decisions.You have a strong understanding of data modeling and are comfortable working with large and complex data sets.You are a self-starter and a can-do approach who is able to work independently and as part of a team, and you have excellent communication skills that allow you to clearly and effectively communicate data insights to non-technical stakeholders.So, what will you be doing all day?Collect, process, and analyze large amounts of data (specifically marketing, sales, operations & CS) to identify trends, patterns and insights with different stakeholders (Israel and US).Develop dashboards, reports, and alerts to visualize data and communicate findings to stakeholdersWork with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions to business problemsPerform ad-hoc analyses to support strategic initiatives and business decisionsDevelop and maintain data models and data pipelines to ensure data accuracy and consistencyMonitor and maintain data quality, identify data inconsistencies, and work with stakeholders to resolve issuesIdentify opportunities for process improvements and automationStay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualizationRequirements:Ideally, we’re looking for2+ years of hands-on experience as a data analyst (preferably in a B2B SaaS company)Vast experience in SQL and visualization tools such as Sisense, Tableau, Looker, etcStrong understanding of DWH architecture and methodologyStrong skills in data modeling and business logic processesExcellent communications skills in EnglishThese would also be niceFamiliarity with HubSpot, Marketing Platforms & Sales and marketing flowsFamiliarity with StripeExperience with BigQuery data warehouse and Sisense visualization toolB.Sc relevant degreeOver 700 in the Psychometric testHiring process with usAt Workiz, we aim to complete our hiring processes at lightning speed, keeping the time between when we receive your CV until you (hopefully) sign with us super short, communicative and transparent.Why You’ll Love Being a WorkizerYou’ll actually love the product you work with and the people too:)Excellent benefitsTeam players.
