Who are you?

You are a highly analytical and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about data and its ability to drive business decisions.

You have a strong understanding of data modeling and are comfortable working with large and complex data sets.

You are a self-starter and a can-do approach who is able to work independently and as part of a team, and you have excellent communication skills that allow you to clearly and effectively communicate data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

So, what will you be doing all day?

Collect, process, and analyze large amounts of data (specifically marketing, sales, operations & CS) to identify trends, patterns and insights with different stakeholders (Israel and US).
Develop dashboards, reports, and alerts to visualize data and communicate findings to stakeholders
Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions to business problems
Perform ad-hoc analyses to support strategic initiatives and business decisions
Develop and maintain data models and data pipelines to ensure data accuracy and consistency
Monitor and maintain data quality, identify data inconsistencies, and work with stakeholders to resolve issues
Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization

Requirements:

Ideally, we’re looking for

2+ years of hands-on experience as a data analyst (preferably in a B2B SaaS company)
Vast experience in SQL and visualization tools such as Sisense, Tableau, Looker, etc
Strong understanding of DWH architecture and methodology
Strong skills in data modeling and business logic processes
Excellent communications skills in English

These would also be nice

Familiarity with HubSpot, Marketing Platforms & Sales and marketing flows
Familiarity with Stripe
Experience with BigQuery data warehouse and Sisense visualization tool
B.Sc relevant degree
Over 700 in the Psychometric test
