As our business continues to expand, so does the need to uncover deeper insights into our products, understand user behavior, identify opportunities, and turn data into actionable business and product decisions.

We're expanding across products, platforms, and business initiatives while advancing our capabilities in AI, personalization, and mobile apps. We're now looking for an Experienced Data Analyst to join our team and help take our analytics capabilities to the next level.

What we're looking for:

- 5+ years of experience in analytics, with a proven ability to lead end-to-end analytical projects and research.

- Strong expertise in Product Analytics, user behavior analysis, and business performance measurement.

- Advanced SQL skills, familiarity with tools such as Mixpanel, and a solid statistical foundation.

- Hands-on experience using AI tools for research, analytics, and workflow optimization.

- Strong business acumen, an independent mindset, and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.

Experience in digital media or AdTech is a plus.

We're looking for someone who goes beyond answering ad hoc analytical requests — someone who proactively identifies opportunities, asks the right questions, initiates research, and helps shape product and business decisions.
