A global company at the Sharon area is looking for Talent Acquisition Partner - Maternity Leave Replacement

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with the HR team.

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition in a global company.
- Previous experience in Pharmaceutical industry - A significant advantage!
- Full professional fluency (written and verbal) in both English and Hebrew.
- Able to partner with hiring managers to resolve recruiting roadblocks.
- Experience in employer branding - A significant advantage!
