About the Role
We are looking for a Data Analytics Engineer to join our team and drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.
This role combines technical expertise, analytical thinking, and collaboration to deliver high-quality solutions all over the company

Key Responsibilities
Analyze data to optimize raw and metadata for business needs.
Translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Define and track KPIs to measure performance and guide decisions.
Create dashboards, deliver insights and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
Collaborate with engineering to improve product quality and visibility.
Develop monitoring strategies and automate workflows for efficiency.
Create queries for alerts to detect anomalies, issues, and security threats.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues, escalating when necessary.

Required Skills & Experience
3+ years as a Data Analyst
2+ years of strong SQL proficiency for data manipulation and querying
Experience with monitoring tools ( Grafana, Datadog, Prometheus, New Relic)
Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills
Self-learning mindset and curiosity
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Advanced
Proficiency in Kusto Query Language (KQL)
Experience with Azure, AWS, or other cloud platforms
Exposure to AI and machine learning concepts
