Marketing Automation Manager

Were looking for someone who will be responsible for promoting and supporting acquisition and retention projects & tasks in multiple languages and in multiple regions, aimed to increase the retention and conversion rates, influence uplifts of customer value and engagement rates. This person will be responsible for the company user engagement platform, including omnichannel and multi-platform campaign and user-journey set-up and optimization, creating and maintaining landing pages, data implementation, KPI reports and monitoring. We are looking for a technical, innovative, and results-driven person, with a passion for marketing technology.
What am I going to do?:

* Daily work includes: operating Fiverrs user engagement platform from a technical point of view, working with data, analyzing & reporting, testing, HTML CSS, and QA
* Messaging workflow implementation process, and enhancements on existing and new flows
* Monitor campaign and related processes performance and make recommendations for improvement
* Translate business needs to technical processes in user engagement platform
* Work with Retention, Product, R&D, BI, and other Marketing teams for any operational requirements
* Manage the Retention platform database, implement metrics, data validation, and monitor to measure and improve the CRM operational processes
* Build campaign segmentation, and agreed contact/business rules
* Design, build, QA, and deploy emails, landing pages, and other CRM communications in multiple languages
* Meet daily deadlines and objectives in a fast-paced environment
