The Role

We are seeking a proactive hands-on Marketing Automation Manager, to lead end-to-end execution and optimization of user communication campaigns, across the customer journey. You will play a key role in driving business impact through data-driven marketing, automation tools, and cross-functional partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Strategy & Lifecycle Management: Own, execute and continuously refine the overarching Marketing Automation roadmap to elevate user retention, engagement, and revenue across multi-channel funnels.
• Experimentation & Optimization: Lead continuous A/B testing on messaging, timing and segmentation, to translate successful experiments into repeatable, scalable frameworks.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product, Analytics, Engineering, Design and Operations to deliver cohesive, high-impact cross-channel initiatives.
• Analytics & Performance Ownership: Leverage reporting dashboards to turn raw marketing data into key operational insights, taking full accountability for key performance metrics and their growth.
• Innovation & AI Integration: Adopt cutting-edge automation capabilities and leverage AI technologies to streamline copywriting, briefing, QA, and reporting workflows.

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in marketing automation, CRM, lifecycle, or retention marketing.
• Experience in B2C mobile apps.
• Hands-on expertise with major CRM platforms including Braze (preferred), Customer.io, MoEngage, Iterable, OneSignal, Salesforce, Adobe Marketing Cloud or similar.
• Practical experience using AI tools to streamline workflows, such as copywriting, report generation, or briefing automation.
• Strong data analysis skills with a focus on translating complex metrics into actionable execution steps.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS and Java script - (advantage).
• Great communication skills and experience working with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• A proactive, results-driven mindset with demonstrated experience owning projects end-to-end.
• Complete fluency in written and spoken English.
