As Lifecycle Marketing Manager you will be responsible for guiding customers through various stages of their journey with our product, from sign-up, to feature adoption, conversion to paying user, and advocacy.
You will work under the direction of the Director of Marketing and collaborate closely with the product marketing team, operations, and customer success departments.
Your role will include -
User mapping and persona segmentation - Develop advanced segmentation models that identify our key current customer personas and all the product features relevant to them as well as advanced segmentation for new markets.
Onboarding and feature discovery journeys - Partner with product and content teams to build tailored onboarding experiences that ensure new users reach their "aha" moments quickly. Use A/B testing to continuously improve onboarding flows and optimize for faster time to value.
Product usage and conversion journeys - Increase product usage and encourage upsells or cross-sells through strategic campaigns and product usage touchpoints. Develop conversion strategies for new and existing users helping them easily move within our plans while using the product.
Ownership of all Customer Comms channels - Own and map all internal comms channels including emails (marketing and system messages), SMS, push notifications, in-app messaging, and app.
Software management and implementation - Identify, evaluate, and implement the software tools that will support the management and optimization of the customer lifecycle.
Minimum of 5 years in a direct CRM/lifecycle/ email marketing management role, ideally within a B2C or a B2SMB company using a PLG motion.
4 years of experience with modern CRM platforms such as Braze, Klavyo, Iterable (etc) and a track record of leveraging those tools to create successful lifecycle campaigns
Proficiency in using data to create and optimize customer personas and segments.
Proven Experience leading successful lifecycle strategies
Cuttingedge email marketing best practices, along with strong copywriting and copy editing skills
Deep understanding of GA4
a proven background in overseeing technical integrations and working with product and development teams
Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and coordinate cross-functional team
Strong writing skills
Experience in the creative industry - a plus
Experience working with intercom - a plus
