We are looking for a Monitoring & Analytics Specialist.
The role involves analyzing vast amounts of data from millions of deployed units across multiple continents, translating these findings into actionable insights. Responsibilities also include designing and defining dashboards, closely monitoring trends, and detecting significant patterns in real-time.
Key responsibilities:
Define intuitive and impactful dashboards to monitor data from a variety of systems, ensuring stakeholders have the information they need at their fingertips.
Work closely with development teams, analytics specialists, customers, and other key stakeholders to define dashboard requirements that meet both technical and business needs.
Conduct in-depth, real-time analysis to identify trends, providing timely insights that can drive business decisions.
Monitor data streams to detect anomalies, raising red flags when potential issues are identified to prevent problems before they escalate.
Present findings to management in a clear, concise manner, turning complex data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.

Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Mathematics or a technical field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Information Systems, or Industrial Engineering, providing a solid foundation for analytical work.
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in data analysis, ensuring you bring valuable industry knowledge and skills to the team.
Experience working in a data-centric environment is a plus, giving you an edge in understanding data-driven decision-making processes.
A strong systemic outlook with a deep understanding of end-to-end processes, enabling you to see the bigger picture and optimize workflows.
Exceptional analytical abilities, organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in your work.
Practical experience with key data-analysis tools like Excel, Python, and JMP, equipping you to tackle complex data challenges effectively.
Fluent in both Hebrew and English, with the capability to articulate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting, contributing to collective success while managing individual responsibilities.
