Logistic Subject Matter Expert

About the Role

We are looking for a high-impact Logistic Domain SME to take ownership of execution excellence and drive transformation within our logistics operations.

This is a hands-on, high-visibility role combining operational ownership, continuous improvement, and project leadership , with a strong focus on data-driven decision making and digital innovation .

You will partner with the Logistics Domain Manager (cost & vendor management), while leading execution performance and internal optimization initiatives .

What You Will Do

Own logistics execution within your subdomain , ensuring smooth, stable, and efficient logistic execution
Act as the go-to expert for operational collaborative performance and problem solving
Lead continuous improvement initiatives that deliver real business impact
Drive adoption of advanced tools, automation, and AI-based solutions
Manage projects end-to-end as a PMO lead , from definition through execution
Translate data into insights, actions, and measurable improvements
Collaborate across planning, manufacturing, quality, and support teams

What We’re Looking For

At least 5 years of experience in logistics / operations / supply chain
Proven ability to lead processes, projects, and improvements
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience working in complex, high-volume environments
Ability to influence and drive results across multiple stakeholders

Nice to Have:

Experience with SAP/analytics tools
Exposure to automation/digital systems/AI use cases
Background in semiconductor/manufacturing environments
