Position Details

• Type: Full-time, on-site position
• Location: Ramat Ha'Chayal, Tel Aviv
• Working hours: Monday–Friday. M-T 9:00–18:00/ Fridays, 8:00–16:00

Qualifications

• Proven experience in international logistics and shipping — strong advantage.
• Experience coordinating shipments from China to international markets — strong advantage.
• Familiarity with major global retailers such as Walmart, Target, Costco, Five Below, or Lidl, including routing guides and compliance requirements — strong advantage.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to respond quickly to unexpected logistical challenges.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Highly organized, accountable, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to take ownership and achieve results.

Job Description

• Coordinate and oversee end-to-end international logistics operations, particularly shipments from China to global destinations.
• Work closely with customers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, factories, and internal teams to ensure smooth shipment execution.
• Plan and monitor shipment schedules to ensure orders are delivered accurately and on time.
• Prepare and review shipping documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and other required documents.
• Ensure shipments comply with import/export regulations, Incoterms, customer requirements, and retailer routing guides.
• Monitor shipments throughout the transportation process and proactively resolve delays, discrepancies, and other logistics issues.
• Maintain accurate shipping schedules, timelines, and Gantt charts to support on-time delivery.
• Coordinate logistics requirements for major international retailers, including Walmart, Target, Five Below, Costco, Lidl, and others.
• Work with logistics partners to identify opportunities for cost savings, improved efficiency, and streamlined processes.
• Follow up on outstanding customer payments and assist with timely collection when required.
• Act as a key point of contact between customers, logistics providers, factories, Sales, Operations, and Finance.
• Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates on shipment status and outstanding logistics matters.
