Logistics Specialist

HiSKY is looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Trade & Logistics Specialist to join our Operations team.

This role combines commercial operations, customer order management, international shipping, and logistics coordination. The ideal candidate is highly organized, service-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple departments in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Sales team to prepare and manage quotations in Priority ERP.
• Process customer orders and maintain the company's order backlog, coordinating with Planning, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams to ensure accurate delivery schedules.
• Serve as a key point of contact for delivery status updates, working closely with customers and the Project Management team.
• Coordinate and manage the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process.
• Manage international shipping operations, including import, export, drop shipments, customs compliance, and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and maintain shipping documentation, including commercial invoices, delivery notes, airway bills, and other required documents.
• Coordinate domestic logistics and transportation activities.
• Manage logistics and delivery processes through customer systems, including Rafael and Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI).
• Coordinate operations with overseas logistics centers and external service providers.

Requirements

• +4 years' experience in logistics, international trade, order management, or a similar operational role.
• Experience working with Priority ERP – strong advantage.
• Knowledge of import/export procedures, international shipping documentation, and customs processes.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong customer-service mindset.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across departments.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Experience working with defense industry customers – an advantage.
