A leading organization in Central Israel is looking for a NOC Analyst to join its computer operations and monitoring team.

This is a hands-on operational role focused on monitoring business-critical computing systems, identifying system alerts, performing initial troubleshooting, and ensuring continuous system availability.

We're looking for candidates with at least 6 months of professional NOC experience, a technical background, and the ability to work effectively in a 24/7 operational environment.

What You'll Do

• Continuously monitor critical IT systems and central computing environments.
• Track system processes and verify that scheduled operations are running correctly.
• Monitor computing resources and ensure system availability.
• Identify system alerts, operational issues, and unusual events.
• Perform initial Level 1 troubleshooting and escalate incidents to relevant technical teams.
• Monitor the operational status of critical computing facilities and systems.
• Follow operational procedures to maintain service continuity.
• Collaborate with IT operations and infrastructure teams to support incident resolution.
• Work in rotating shifts as part of a 24/7 operations team.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of hands-on professional experience working in a Network Operations Center (NOC).
• Previous technical work experience.
• Practical experience monitoring IT systems and identifying operational issues.
• Ability to perform initial troubleshooting and escalate incidents appropriately.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple operational events.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and personal responsibility.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Availability for rotating shifts in a 24/7 operation, Sunday through Saturday.

Advantages

• Previous experience in computer operations or central computing systems.
• Familiarity with Mainframe environments.
• Knowledge of central computing infrastructure.
• Experience providing Level 1 technical support and troubleshooting.
