NOC Technician

NOC Technician | 1–3 Years of Experience

A leading financial organization in Central Israel is looking for an experienced NOC Technician with 1–3 years of hands-on NOC experience to join its 24/7 Network Operations Center.

This position is intended for candidates who have already worked in a NOC environment and have practical experience monitoring critical IT infrastructure, identifying technical incidents, and performing initial troubleshooting.

Previous hands-on NOC experience of at least one year is required. This is not an entry-level position for candidates without NOC experience.

What You'll Do

• Monitor critical enterprise IT systems, networks, and infrastructure in a 24/7 NOC environment.
• Identify, investigate, and respond to infrastructure and network alerts.
• Perform initial troubleshooting and escalate complex incidents to relevant technical teams.
• Operate enterprise monitoring and control systems.
• Monitor production environments and support scheduled operational changes.
• Work with Windows, Unix, and Linux systems.
• Monitor virtualization infrastructure and Kubernetes environments.
• Support the operation of networking and information security equipment.
• Coordinate incident resolution with infrastructure, networking, and security teams.
• Assist with the integration and operation of new systems and technologies.
• Support the availability and operational continuity of critical IT services.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience working in a NOC (Network Operations Center) environment – required.
• Practical experience monitoring IT infrastructure, networks, and production systems.
• Experience identifying, investigating, and escalating technical incidents.
• Professional training in IT systems operations and monitoring.
• Experience supporting enterprise IT systems at a Tier 1 operational level.
• Familiarity with Windows, Unix, and Linux operating systems.
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies and Kubernetes.
• Understanding of networking infrastructure and information security equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills, technical aptitude, and analytical thinking.
• Ability to work independently, manage operational tasks, and perform under pressure.
• Availability for 24/7 shift work, including nights, Fridays, and Saturday evenings.

Advantages

Working Hours

• Full-time, shift-based position in a 24/7 operational environment.
• Morning, afternoon, and night shifts.
• Shift coverage across six days a week, including Fridays and Saturday evenings.
