We’re Hiring: Network Operations Control (NOC) 🚀

We’re looking for a Network Operations & Control Technician to join a professional IT operations team responsible for monitoring, operating, and maintaining critical enterprise systems and infrastructure.

🔹 What you’ll do:

• Monitor and operate critical IT systems and infrastructure

• Identify, investigate, and respond to system and infrastructure alerts

• Perform initial troubleshooting and handle Tier 1–2 incidents

• Work with Windows, Linux, and Unix environments

• Monitor network infrastructure and virtual environments

• Work with enterprise monitoring tools and ensure high system availability

• Collaborate with infrastructure, networking, and application teams

🔹 What we’re looking for:

• Hands-on experience in NOC / IT Operations / Infrastructure Monitoring

•Experience with Splunk and/or Dynatrace – MUST

• Experience with Windows and/or Linux/Unix environments

• Good understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP and DNS

• Experience working with monitoring systems

• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work effectively under pressure
