Customer Success Manager

We're hiring a Customer Success Manager for an amazing fundraising tech company helping nonprofits raise more for meaningful causes.

The company was founded by Anglo olim in Israel and works closely with nonprofit organizations across North America.

We're looking for a people person who loves building relationships, is highly organized and tech-savvy, and brings a proactive, commercially minded approach to Customer Success.

• Build strong, long-term relationships with nonprofit clients.
• Manage customer accounts, renewals, and fundraising campaign projects.
• Guide clients through decisions, solve problems, and ensure a great customer experience.
• Proactively engage with clients, including phone conversations around renewals and commercial matters.
• Use CRM, project management, and AI tools to manage workflows and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support successful fundraising campaigns.
• Help clients leverage campaign insights and data to drive better results.

• Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role.
• Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal.
• Strong relationship-building skills and genuine care for people.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with structured processes.
• Tech-savvy, with experience using CRM, project management, and AI tools.
• Commercial confidence, including handling renewals, pricing conversations, and customer objections.
• Proactive, independent, and comfortable picking up the phone.
• Familiarity with Jewish nonprofits or religious Jewish communities is a strong advantage.
