Client Solutions Manager

We are looking for a Client Solutions Manager to work closely with our clients in the field, turning their operational needs into effective workflows and ensuring Airis delivers real, ongoing value.

What you'll do

• Understand the intelligence questions our clients are really trying to answer, and translate them into effective workflows using Airis.
• Drive first value on site, fast.
• Work closely with users to identify new use cases and opportunities to create value.
• Enable users and drive adoption throughout the life of the account.
• Act as our internal domain expert, bringing insights from the field back into Airis and helping shape product priorities.
• Work closely with Product, R&D, and commercial teams to turn client needs into scalable solutions.

What we're looking for

• Intelligence background- military, government, or equivalent. You understand intelligence workflows and know how to turn fragmented information into actionable insights.
• Client facing experience- you've worked directly with external clients and know how to build trust and navigate different stakeholders.
• Relevant experience- you've held this kind of role, or something close to it, in more than two environments.
• A builder mindset- you're hands-on, resourceful, and focused on making things work.
• Willingness to travel ~50% and spend significant time working alongside clients on site.

Strong plus

• OSINT experience- you know how to build a picture from fragmented information and understand where open source works and where it doesn't.
• Additional languages- a strong advantage.
• You build with AI - you've built automations, agents, workflows, or small tools to solve real problems.
