We’re looking for a highly analytical Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own the strategy for maximizing Customer Lifetime Value. While the Growth team focuses on the first purchase — you’ll own the journey from the second purchase onwards.
You’ll decode user behavior, build sophisticated segmentation models, and execute the data-driven journeys that turn one-time buyers into loyal, high-value customers.
Your mission: Keep customers coming back — and make every touchpoint count.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Own the “Repeat” strategy: define and execute the playbook to increase purchase frequency and LTV.
- Build advanced segmentation models (RFM, LTV, activity-based) and tailor communication and offers to each user group.
- Architect complex, multi-channel lifecycle journeys (Push, In-App, Email, SMS) based on behavioral triggers.
- Optimize incentive spend: A/B test discount strategies and analyze segment elasticity to maximize ROI.
- Identify early signals of churn and build automated “save” flows to retain valuable users.
- Analyze cohort performance using BI tools to surface trends and unlock opportunities.
Who You Are
- 4+ years of experience in Retention / CRM strategy in high-frequency B2C products or eCommerce.
- You’re comfortable with complex data stacks and know how to translate insights into automated workflows.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (Braze, CleverTap, or similar).
- A commercial mindset — you understand how to balance incentives with profitability.
- Experience with BI tools and data warehouses is a strong advantage.
