We are looking for an HR and Talent Acquisition Partner

We’re looking for a people-oriented team player with a passion for HR, Recruitment and Employee Experience to join our growing team as an HR and Talent Acquisition Partner.

As an HR and Talent Acquisition Partner you will be responsible for end-to-end Recruiting and HR processes including:

• Ownership of all HR related processes, including on-boarding/off-boarding process, welfare activities, employee retention and development, etc.
• Be the focal point for employees for HR related issues, and a trusted advisor to employees and managers.
• Drive initiatives around engagement, culture, and employee experience.
• Own the full recruiting lifecycle - from sourcing and evaluation to offer management and closing outstanding talent.
• Collaborating with hiring managers and stakeholders to create the ideal candidate profile.
• Work closely with leadership to align people strategy with business goals
• Manage communications between employees and resolve any problems related to interpersonal relations, acting as an intermediary and facilitator.
• Employer Branding & Marketing activities.
• Continuously assess team health and org effectiveness – identify bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities, and turn insights into concrete action plans.

Requirements

• Relevant bachelor's degree.
• 3+ years of experience in HR at High Tech companies.
• At least 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a focus on Cloud / IT / R&D recruiting
• Deep familiarity with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, sourcing platforms, etc.)
• Experience conducting HR interviews.
• Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial and demanding environment.
• Multitasking, highly organized with attention to details and an outstating work ethic.
• Highly effective oral and written communication skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making.
• Ability to work independently, as well as an active member of both business and HR team.
• English – reading, writing, speaking.

Advantage

• Experience in using tasks management tools such as Monday/Jira and full proficiency in MS Office.
• HR & Recruitment role in an MSP/Integration company.
