HR Business Partner

At Autofleet, we’re transforming the way fleets operate by leveraging data, automation, and AI to power smarter mobility.
We’re looking for an experienced and hands-on HR Business Partner to join our HR team and support our growing global organization of approximately 140 employees. This is a broad role that combines HR business partnering, employee lifecycle management, and end-to-end recruitment.
You’ll work closely with employees and managers across the organization, lead key HR processes, and help ensure a thoughtful, consistent, and data-driven employee experience.

What you’ll do:

Serve as a trusted HR partner to employees and managers, providing guidance and support across a wide range of people-related topics.
Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, ongoing employee support, engagement, retention, and offboarding.
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for a variety of roles, from intake meetings and sourcing through interviews, offer management, and closing.
Partner with managers on employee relations, performance, development, and organizational needs.
Support annual performance review, feedback, and compensation processes.
Conduct regular employee check-ins and help identify and address challenges proactively.
Own and maintain employee data in our HR systems, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.
Use HR data and metrics to identify trends, provide insights, and support decision-making.
Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, programs, and processes.
Collaborate with global stakeholders and external partners across different countries and time zones.
Support employee experience and culture initiatives as the company continues to grow.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in HR Business Partner, People Partner, HR Generalist, or similar hands-on HR roles.
Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes across different functions and seniority levels.
Strong experience supporting employees and managers throughout the employee lifecycle.
Experience leading or supporting performance review, feedback, and other company-wide HR processes.
Strong interpersonal skills, sound judgment, and the ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and empathy.
A proactive, independent, and hands-on approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical skills and experience working with HR data, reports, and HR systems.
Native-level English proficiency, both written and spoken.
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Experience working in a global organization.
Experience working in a startup or fast-growing technology company — an advantage.
This is an office-based position in Tel Aviv.
