Role Description

We are looking for a versatile Systems Administrator & IT Specialist who thrives in high-velocity environments.

You will be the face of Touch at our client sites, bridging the gap between high-level cloud strategy and hands-on technical execution.

Key Responsibilities

Systems & SaaS Ops: Full lifecycle management of users and permissions across Google Workspace, Okta, and M365.

Hardware & On-Site Support: Lead "white-glove" workstation setups (M-series Macs/Windows), manage inventory, and provide elite on-site support at client offices in Tel Aviv.

Infrastructure & Networking: Configure and maintain office connectivity, including VLANs, Firewalls, and high-density Wi-Fi (UniFi/Cisco/Meraki).

Zero-Trust Security: Implement and monitor DLP, MFA, and Endpoint Security (EDR) protocols to ensure clients are audit-ready (SOC2/ISO).

Fleet Management: Use MDM tools (Jamf/Intune/JumpCloud) to automate patching and compliance across all company assets.

Qualifications

Experience: 3+ years in a SysAdmin or IT Operations role within a high-tech/startup environment.

Cloud Identity: Deep proficiency in Okta, Google Workspace, and Azure AD (Entra ID).

The Hardware "Vibe": You are a pro at troubleshooting hardware—MacBooks,Windows based devices, monitor and conference room systems (Zoom/Meet Rooms).

Networking: Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN configurations.

Operating Systems: Power-user knowledge of macOS (primary) and Windows 11.

Soft Skills: Independent, highly motivated, and able to explain "The Why" behind technical decisions to non-technical CEOs.

Languages: Native-level Hebrew and excellent professional English (written and verbal).

Advantage: Relevant certifications (CCNA, Jamf Certified, Okta Administrator).
