About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on, proactive, and service-oriented IT Specialist to join our growing team.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing end-to-end IT support, both onsite and remotely, while maintaining our day-to-day IT operations, infrastructure, and employee technology experience.

You will work closely with employees, vendors, and internal teams to ensure a secure, reliable, and efficient IT environment, while supporting our security and compliance processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT support for Windows and macOS environments, including hardware, software, and user-related issues.
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, including device provisioning, account setup, access permissions, and secure equipment returns.
• Administer Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, including users, groups, MFA, SSO, and access management.
• Deploy and manage endpoint devices through MDM solutions, including encryption, patching, and security policies.
• Maintain office IT infrastructure, including Wi-Fi, switches, VPN, firewalls, meeting room equipment, and peripherals.
• Manage IT assets, software licenses, hardware procurement, and vendor relationships.
• Troubleshoot network and connectivity issues and coordinate with external service providers.
• Support IT security controls, compliance requirements, and continuous improvement of internal IT processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on IT support or administration experience, or equivalent relevant military technical experience, preferably in a growing high-tech environment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows and macOS hardware and software.
• Hands-on experience administering both Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
• Practical experience with MDM and endpoint management tools such as Intune, JumpCloud, Jamf, or similar.
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, Wi-Fi, switches, VLANs, and firewalls.
• Experience managing IT assets, software licenses, procurement, and vendors.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and take ownership of technical issues from start to resolution.
• Excellent interpersonal and service-oriented skills.
• Good communication skills in Hebrew and English.

Nice to Have

• Experience supporting R&D and software development teams.
• Familiarity with AWS or other cloud environments.
• Scripting and automation skills using PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
• Experience with endpoint security tools such as DLP, EDR, or XDR.
• Familiarity with SOC 2, ISO 27001, or other regulated and audited environments.
