Information Technology Specialist

Wanted: IT Specialist for an AdTech company in Ramat Gan. This is a very rewarding full-time and On-site position.

The chosen candidate will serve as the primary local IT focal point in Israel, enjoying high autonomy while collaborating directly with global leadership abroad. Operating within a fast-paced AdTech environment, this role offers end-to-end ownership of local infrastructure, cross-platform endpoints, and office technology. Job Responsibilities:

● Oversee and maintain cross-platform IT infrastructure, administering macOS and Windows endpoints, office hardware, and local network equipment.

● Manage identity, user lifecycles, and security baselines across Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and enterprise SaaS platforms.

● Drive daily IT operations independently in Israel, delivering high-touch technical support, rapid troubleshooting, and seamless onboarding/offboarding workflows.

● Partner with offshore IT management to execute security patching, maintain compliance standards, and uphold comprehensive technical documentation.

Job Requirements:

● 2-4 years of proven hands-on experience in IT support, systems administration, or infrastructure (relevant military/IDF technical service is fully recognized).

● Solid operational proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration, Active Directory, and hands-on support for both Windows and macOS systems.

● Practical familiarity with core networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls, and office Wi-Fi setup.

● Demonstrated capability to work independently with high accountability and self-discipline within a global, remote-reporting structure.

● Strong analytical troubleshooting skills, a customer-centric attitude, and fluent written and verbal English communication abilities.
