A global engineering company is looking for a Technological Recruiter!
📍 Location: Haifa | Hybrid work model
What will you do?
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for technological and engineering positions (engineers, designers, development roles, etc.)
- Conduct daily sourcing and proactive outreach on LinkedIn to identify top talent
- Provide end-to-end candidate support throughout the recruitment process until hiring
- Work closely with hiring managers locally and internationally
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of recruitment experience
- Experience in technological/engineering recruitment – a strong advantage
- High level of English (spoken and written)
- Full proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter
