We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to take ownership of end-to-end recruitment, build strong talent pipelines, and partner closely with hiring managers.

This is an opportunity to combine hands-on recruiting with creative sourcing and help drive our continued growth.

Your responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from defining hiring needs and sourcing candidates to interviews, offers, and contract signing.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, align expectations, and tailor the recruitment approach.

• Review CVs and conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates’ experience, skills, and suitability.

• Proactively identify and engage talent through LinkedIn, recruitment platforms, social media, and additional sourcing channels.

• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

• Develop new recruitment sources and find creative ways to reach relevant candidates.

• Deliver a positive candidate experience through clear communication and consistent follow-up.

• Keep candidate information and recruitment activity organized and up to date.

What we’re looking for

• Around two years of recruitment experience at a staffing agency or a project-based services company.

• Experience using sourcing tools and social recruitment platforms, particularly LinkedIn.

• A bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Sciences, Human Resources, or Psychology.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

• The ability to manage multiple recruitment processes, prioritize effectively, and follow through.

• A proactive approach, curiosity, and a willingness to explore new ways of finding talent.
