HR Business Partner – Maternity Leave Cover

Keshet’s HR Department is looking for an HR Business Partner to support ongoing HR processes across our business units.

What will you do?

• Lead HR processes throughout the entire employee lifecycle: onboarding, development, retention, and offboarding
• Support, advise, and develop employees across all HR aspects, including change management
• Drive organizational culture initiatives and strengthen company values
• Partner and participate in recruitment processes
• Analyze HR data to identify and map trends

What are we looking for?

• At least 1 year of experience as an HRBP
• Experience supporting employees in a business organization
• Relevant Bachelor’s degree – required
• Excellent communication skills, strong business acumen, and the ability to lead processes
• High level of independence, ability to manage multiple stakeholders, and analytical thinking
• Service-oriented approach, proactivity, and high personal accountability
