Log-On Software is looking for an HR Business Partner to join our HR team and work closely with employees and managers throughout the entire employee lifecycle.

This is a hands-on and diverse role combining employee support, HR operations, onboarding, and cross-organizational initiatives — with the opportunity to influence both the employee experience and our organizational culture.

What You'll Do

• Partner with employees and managers throughout the employee lifecycle
• Lead onboarding and integration processes for new employees
• Provide ongoing HR support and guidance to employees and managers
• Manage and maintain employee information in HR systems
• Handle employment agreements and HR documentation
• Manage attendance and working-hours reporting
• Collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders
• Take part in company-wide HR projects and processes
• Support initiatives focused on employee experience and organizational culture

What We're Looking For

• 1+ year of experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or in a similar HR role – required
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, or a related field – required
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities independently
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
