HR People partner- Haifa Site

This is a diverse and impactful role that includes:

• Leading onboarding and recruitment processes
• Driving employee welfare and training initiatives
• Managing attendance and payroll preparation
• Providing professional support to employees and managers

What We’re Looking For:

• A relevant academic degree (Human Resources / Social Sciences / Behavioral Sciences)- MUST
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar HR role- MUST
• Strong proficiency in Excel, payroll systems, and digital tools
• Familiarity with labor laws – a significant advantage
• Independent work capabilities, strong organizational skills, and a high service orientation
