Retention & Content Manager

We're looking for a creative, strategic mind to lead our lifecycle marketing and content efforts across email, retention, PR, and affiliate marketing. Your goal: help more people discover, connect with, and return to Lime & Lou, through smart storytelling and community-driven campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow our email & SMS retention marketing (campaigns, flows, testing)
• Create engaging content that drives love, loyalty, and conversions
• Lead PR efforts: pitch editors, secure placements in gift guides, lifestyle media, and blogs; drive celebrity product seeding and influencer buzz
• Grow our affiliate marketing program: onboard the right partners, manage day-to-day, and optimize for high-quality traffic and revenue
• Test, learn, and improve: from subject lines to strategy
  
  

• 3+ years in digital marketing, ideally in email, content, PR, or affiliate
• Excellent writing skills and a sharp marketing instinct
• Experience with CRM tools like Klaviyo or similar
• Strong eye for brand, storytelling, and what performs
• Proactive, independent, and excited to grow something
• English at a native level – both written and spoken – is a must.

• Media contacts in the US or experience with press outreach
• An interest in interiors, gifting, or visual trends
