Our Customer Success team is looking for a Retention manager.
About The Position
- Handle inbound calls from business clients signaling cancellation.
- Make outbound retention calls and offer tailored solutions.
- Perform ongoing collections from company clients.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in a tech-driven environment.
Requirements
- Experience as a Retention Representative.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales and support orientation
- Team player with a “can-do” attitude
- Multi-task and good performance under pressure
- Ability to understand complex technology and explain it simply
- Dynamic, fun-loving, and yet driven
