Human Resources Manager

On behalf of our client, a rapidly growing and profitable Data Analytics startup with ~40 employees and expanding global sales, we’re seeking a hands-on HR Manager to take full ownership of the company’s end-to-end HR function.

About the Role

This is a sole HR position, reporting directly to the CEO (not part of the executive leadership team).

We're seeking a highly capable HR professional who blends strategic insight with hands-on execution, and is excited to lead the full spectrum of HR in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.

You’ll be responsible for everything from recruitment, managerial consulting, employee development, and performance management to shaping the employee experience and welfare programs.

💡 Hybrid model: Work from home 1 day per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and lead end-to-end HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and offboarding
• Act as a trusted HR partner to managers and teams, providing guidance on performance, development, and organizational growth
• Manage and execute recruitment for a wide range of tech and business roles
• Drive performance management, learning & development initiatives, and employee feedback processes
• Oversee compensation and benefits planning and implementation
• Support and shape the company culture and internal communication efforts
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry HR best practices

Requirements

• 8+ years of HR experience, including substantial experience in recruitment and HR business partnering
• Experience in tech/startup environments, ideally across at least two different organizations
• Proven ability to work independently and take ownership in a fast-moving setting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a business-oriented approach
• Experience working in a software company – strong advantage
• Excellent English – both written and spoken – is a must
