Human Resources Business Partner - Position No. 1755

IBI, a leading and growing investment house, is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our Human Resources team and partner with executives and managers across a dynamic and complex organization.

What will you do?

• Partner with managers and employees, providing ongoing HR guidance, support, and development
• Lead and implement cross-organizational HR processes and initiatives
• Serve as a strategic HR partner to business leaders and management teams
• Work in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment with hundreds of employees
• Support organizational growth, transformation, and change management processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree – required
• At least 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner (HRBP) – required
• Proven experience in supporting and developing senior managers, as well as leading and implementing cross-organizational processes – required
• Experience in a medium to large organization (100+ employees), within a technology company or technological division – required
• Experience working with complex data, conducting data analysis, and deriving actionable insights – required
• Experience supporting M&A processes – an advantage
