Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Junior Customer Experience Manager at Zenzap. The role involves creating a and maintaining relationships with customers, handling customer inquiries, providing product support, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The Junior Customer Experience Manger will also gather feedback, analyze customer data, and work closely with other teams to improve the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

• Must be a proficient English speaker with strong communication skills.
• Experience in customer service or support roles
• Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
• Knowledge of CRM systems and customer support tools (an advantage)
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Experience in tech or SaaS industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
