Recruitment Coordinator

As a Recruitment Coordinator in the company You will be responsible for Leading end-to-end recruitment processes across all company sites.

locating recruitment sources and sourcing.

Advertising jobs in various media,

filtering and sorting resumes.

Conducting Initial Interviews , writing reviews, making referrals.

Coordinating face-to-face interviews with the hiring manager

and supporting managers in the recruitment processes.

Possibility to develop in additional human resources areas.

Requirements:

Proven experience of at least one year as a recruitment coordinator – Must

Experience in mass recruitment – ​a significant advantageE

xperience in recruiting in healthcare organizations – an advantageP

ositive personality, good energy and motivation, creativity and ability to deal with challenges.A

bility to work independently and also as part of a team when necessary.A

nd experience working in a computerized environment and/or recruitment software.
