Role Description

We’re looking for a passionate and results-oriented Business Development Representative to join our growing team and connect us with innovative web3 companies seeking to amplify their brand presence.

What You’ll Do:

• Identify and research potential web3 clients, including startups, protocols, and established firms, that would benefit from our PR and marketing services.
• Initiate contact with decision-makers (founders, CMOs, and marketing leads) through email, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels.
• Craft personalized pitches and introduce our services, tailoring the value proposition to their specific needs.
• Schedule meetings or discovery calls with our co-founders for qualified leads.
• Track outreach efforts, manage pipelines, and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Stay informed about trends and developments in the crypto and web3 industry to identify potential leads and understand client challenges.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in web3, tech, or PR/marketing.
• Familiarity with the crypto/web3 industry and its key players.
• Lead Generation and Business Development skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a knack for building relationships.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken (essential for client communication).
