The Role

Join our dynamic Marketing team as a Marketing Automation Manager! We're looking for a skilled individual with a knack for orchestrating seamless marketing automation strategies. As the Marketing Automation Manager, you'll be responsible for crafting and executing campaigns, creating automated journeys, and ensuring our audience receives engaging content.

Be Accountable For:

• Conduct Emails, SMSs, Push, RVMs, and Direct mail campaigns.
• Execute marketing campaigns with dynamic content, A/B testing, and more.
• Build and test landing pages and forms for a seamless user experience.
• Monitor and optimize channel performance for improved results.
• Cultivate automated nurture campaigns to guide leads through the sales funnel.
• Utilize our marketing automation platform to refine nurture workflows.
• Analyze data to identify opportunities for enhancing nurture journey effectiveness.
• Oversee and manage list segmentations for targeted marketing efforts.
• Manage the acquisition of contact lists from vendors for seamless integration.
• Maintain the cleanliness and accuracy of data within the marketing automation platform.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with corporate marketing, demand generation, customer success, and business operations to fine-tune email execution goals and timelines.

The Right Person:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience working and managing marketing automation campaigns, focusing on email marketing, sequence setup, and nurture journeys.
• Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, A/B testing, and analytics.
• Excellent project management skills – precision is key!
• Technical savvy is an advantage
• Familiarity with Salesforce is a significant advantage – our preferred tool in the marketing toolkit.
