IT infrastructure support engineer

We are looking for an IT Support Engineer to manage CAD/CAM computing infrastructure to join our team in the Missile and Space Systems Division.

What will you do:

• Install, maintain, and support computer systems based on Windows/Linux.
• Manage IT infrastructure, including system architecture, configurations, maintenance, optimizations, and upgrades, while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support development and production teams.
• Write scripts for system automation and monitoring.
• Manage and support license servers.
• Analyze, develop, and improve processes to enhance workflow efficiency and integrate technological solutions for better design and production quality.

What we're looking for:

• A relevant Bachelor's degree – mandatory.
• Experience in Windows/Linux server management at the system level – mandatory.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, PowerShell, or Python – mandatory.
• Experience working with large, technology-driven organizations – an advantage.
• Experience in CAD/CAM application support – an advantage.
• Experience in providing technical support for issues involving software, hardware, and networking – an advantage.
• Knowledge of integration and data flow processes between CAD systems, PDM, and ERP systems – an advantage.
