IT Support Technician

COMBLACK is hiring an IT Support Technician !

We are looking for an experienced IT Support Technician to provide technical support, maintain IT systems, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and end-user equipment in a large enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting.
• Install, maintain, and support computers, operating systems, and peripheral devices.
• Manage user accounts and permissions through Active Directory.
• Support Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Exchange environments.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in IT support within an enterprise environment – Mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 11 and previous versions.
• Experience with Active Directory and user management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook.
• Experience with Microsoft Exchange and mailbox administration.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
• MCSE / MCITP / MCSA certification or an equivalent recognized certification – Mandatory.
• Relevant IT education or professional training.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
