HR Manager (Mat Leave Cover)

We are looking for exceptional talent to join our team as an HR Manager.

This role is crucial in shaping a positive workplace culture, managing the full employee lifecycle, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.

Your Day to Day:

• Oversee all human resources activities, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding
• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with the company’s goals and values
• Foster a strong company culture by organizing team-building activities, employee recognition programs, and initiatives to boost morale
• Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and team members, addressing HR-related matters such as conflict resolution, employee engagement, and organizational development whilst ensuring open communication and support
• Oversee employee payroll and benefits administration and ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations
• Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers to fill key positions
• Manage and mentor the Office Manager, providing guidance on administrative tasks, office maintenance, and logistical responsibilities
• Track and analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and improve employee retention and satisfaction
• Act as the point of contact for all HR audits, compliance issues, and workplace safety initiatives
  
  

• 7+ years of experience in HR, with a proven track record in managing all HR functions, including recruitment
• Strategic thinker with the ability to align HR initiatives to organizational goals and drive long-term improvements
• Experience in a high-tech company and fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices
• Experience managing or supervising team members, such as Office Managers or administrative staff
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in HRIS and ATS
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written
