Customer Relationship Management Manager

Role Description:

• Encompassing development, project, and product management in the fields of CRM, telephony, and communication channels.
• Hold technological and project responsibility for the CRM system, including email marketing and automation, telephony, and IVR systems.
• Manage and lead large-scale transformation projects with budgets in the tens of millions of shekels, driving significant organizational impact.

Requirements:

• Academic degree in Computer Science or Industrial Engineering and Management – mandatory.
• Extensive and proven experience leading Delivery units for CRM systems and products.
• Background in development, implementation, and deployment of the MS 365 platform, including familiarity with Power Automate and Dynamics.
• Experience with the development, implementation, and deployment of Marketing Automation systems, CDP, Omnichannel, and Bot solutions.
• Proven experience in CRM cloud migration projects – a significant advantage.
• In-depth knowledge of modern architecture technologies, including cloud infrastructure and services.
• Background in managing Call Center systems, including telephony, IVR, and CRM-telephony integration (CTI).
• Experience managing software and infrastructure vendors.
• Proven success in leading and managing significant business products and projects, with responsibility for enterprise applications used by thousands of users.
• Demonstrated ability to lead units with at least 30 team members, including managers and development teams.
• Experience implementing Agile development methodologies and advanced work processes.
• Strong technical understanding, including architecture, integration, enterprise systems, advanced databases, infrastructure components, and cybersecurity.
