Player Lifecycle Manager – Gaming

Remote | Occasional travel to New York (a few times per year)

We’re looking for a data-driven Player Lifecycle Manager to own player retention and monetization across the full player journey — from first session to long-term VIP.

You’ll own lifecycle strategy, build and scale CRM programs, run rigorous experiments, and use AI, automation, and player data to deliver the right message and offer to the right player at the right time.

What You’ll Do

• Own lifecycle strategy across onboarding, engagement, retention, win-back, and VIP/high-value player programs, with a focus on growing retention and LTV
• Build, automate, and optimize multichannel campaigns across push, in-app, email, and SMS using Optimove and other CRM tools
• Segment players using behavioral and spend data and personalize offers and messaging at scale
• Design and run incrementality studies, holdout tests, and A/B experiments to measure true program impact
• Use AI and predictive modeling to improve targeting, churn prevention, and offer optimization
• Partner with Product, Data, and Live Ops to turn player insights into new features, offers, and events
• Track retention, ARPPU, conversion, and LTV, translating performance data into clear actions and optimization opportunities

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in player lifecycle, CRM, retention, or player engagement
• Hands-on experience managing multichannel CRM campaigns using Optimove or similar platforms
• Strong analytical skills, with experience in segmentation, experimentation, and data-driven optimization
• Solid understanding of player retention, monetization, and LTV
• Experience with AI, predictive modeling, or advanced marketing automation is an advantage
• Gaming, iGaming, social casino, or another high-volume B2C background is highly preferred
• Ability to travel to New York a few times per year

This is a remote position with significant ownership and the opportunity to shape the player lifecycle strategy in a highly data-driven gaming environment.
