Kayhut is looking for a talented and passionate HR Generalist to join our one-of-a-kind HR team.

As an HR Generalist, You will Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, and collaborate with hiring managers to promote and execute it. You will also take part in planning and implementing employee welfare activities.

Job Description:

• Support full-cycle recruiting process for candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
• Define, develop, and execute hiring process & strategies: job posting, CV screen, online sourcing techniques, face-to-face interviews, networking, employee referral programs & implement new initiatives to increase pipeline
• Build and cultivate strong relationships with relevant teams to understand their strategic objectives and provide solutions to their hiring needs.
• Support on-boarding and off-boarding processes
• Responsible for employees' welfare - including birthdays, holiday events, happy hours, etc.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in HR (generalist or talent acquisition role).
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Science or related field
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume recruitment activities for various levels and use innovative methods to source and attract passive candidates
• Strong professional demeanor using good judgment, maturity, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Passion for recruiting and demonstrating curiosity to stay up to date on current trends and best practices
• Think outside the box and be creative to always find new channels and sources
