System Administrator / IT Support EngineerJob Responsibilities

• Comprehensive technical support for organizational employees, resolving diverse hardware, software, and network issues
• Full management of organizational computing systems, including servers, workstations, and network infrastructures
• Installation, maintenance, and ongoing updates of software and hardware precisely tailored to company needs
• Professional technical documentation writing, guides, and work processes in high-level English
• Management of external vendor interfaces and optimal IT support delivery
• Identifying and implementing innovative technological solutions to improve existing computer infrastructures

• Proven experience of at least two years in IT technical support roles
• Advanced English proficiency - writing and speaking at a full professional level
• In-depth knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems, and advanced Office 365 skills
• Practical experience working with advanced network equipment, including routers, switches, and VPN networks
• Familiarity with virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V) - significant advantage
• High service awareness and excellent teamwork abilities
• Time management skills and ability to perform multiple tasks under pressure

• Holder of leading technological certification: CCNA, MCSA, CompTIA A+
• Experience working in international work environments
• Knowledge of programming languages and scripts such as Python and Bash
