Associate Director HR Management

This role combines HR site partner responsibilities with a strong emphasis on organizational development and capabilities building to drive business results.

• Develop and implement a people plans strategy aligned with the site objectives.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle and experience.
• Drive performance management and rewards practices.
• Lead organizational changes and cultural transformations.
• Design and deliver wellbeing programs and local initiatives.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to employees, managers, and leadership.
• Collaborate across the HR network to resolve issues and generate solutions.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives
• Lead learning organizational capabilities solutions.
• Partner with stakeholders for needs analyses and solution scoping.
• Curate resources, design curriculum, and apply innovative methodologies.
• Create effective learning experiences using advanced instructional tools.
  
  

• 4+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner / HR Manager in the industry
• 3+ years of experience in Learning and Development.
• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
• Ability to translate changing business objectives into effective HR plans.
• Proven track record in organizational change management.
• Strong coaching and facilitation skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• High level of drive, resilience, and self-motivation with a positive attitude.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
